What is a VIRTUAL WALK, you ask?

The walking is real, but the community is virtual! Instead of coming together at our new location on July 26th to walk as a community supporting our animal rescue, we will have a Virtual Paws on Presque Isle.  You choose the time and location ...a park, a trail or a neighborhood path... and still enjoy being outdoors, with or without your pup, while helping the animals at Because You Care! 

For our 25th Annual Walk for Animal Rescue...we are shaking our tails up a bit! When you walk with your pup, or maybe just hang out with your cat or your pet rabbit, and take some cool photos. You can post a photo of you and your BFF with your registration/donation. 

Sign up as an INDIVIDUAL, create a TEAM, or support a team and have some fun!     

Team Registration:

Your registration fee and fundraising efforts go directly toward helping Because You Care to care for the homeless cats and dogs who come through our center doors every year. Support from Paws on Presque Isle teams makes a huge difference, which is why we hope you'll form a team, collect donations in honor of your pets and join us virtually. Grab your friends or Family or Co-workers and create a TEAM! 

• Teams of 5 or more are eligible for the top Team prize package.

Individual Registration:

• $25 Early Bird Registration fee -Register by June 30th and receive an official BYC Paws on Presque Isle t-shirt 
• $35 Registration fee - receive an official BYC Paws on Presque Isle t-shirt 
• Want to Raise additional funds for a Great Paws??? Here is the Printable form to collect from Family and Friends., or send them HERE to your personal page to register or donate.
• Raise $150 for the Paws: Lightweight Logo Hoodie and the Tee
• Raise $300 for the Paws: Both items AND an All-weather Beach/Picnic blanket

where we will be broadcasting live!

 Join us at Noon for a casual, socially distanced opportunity to register in person, or turn in your sponsorship registration forms 
as well as purchase tickets for the Franklin Fund Basket Raffle
all in a spacious area where your support will benefit 
animal rescue.

If you have already registered online before July 10th, come on down and collect your authentic BYC Paws on PI t-shirt. 

Masks required during registration. 

You are encouraged to bring your BFFs (leashed Best Furry Friends), where they are welcome both at Schickalay's for a brew and a bite (to eat) and Presque Isle to enjoy and experience our virtual walking community.

Our famous Franklin Raffle Baskets:  Proceeds support severely injured or ill animals who have been abandoned and who are in need of in-depth veterinary care in order to survive. The fund has helped dozens of animals since its inception. The Franklin Fund has helped reverse these once-tragic cases, and the animals who have benefitted from the fund are now in loving homes, living healthy, happy lives.
