The Grape Escape Ride, part of the four-day  Lake Erie Cyclefest,  hosted by Because You Care, will start and end at South Shore Winery in North East in 2024.

Choose from 25 or 50 picturesque miles winding through grape country. Fresh lake breezes and the invigorating smell of grapes await you on this ride.
Post-ride...toast your morning’s successful ride with samples of wine from South Shore Winery, Mazza Wines, and Five & 20 Brewing. We will again be excited to have Vintage Wood Fire Pizza Truck join us. (Gluten-free and vegan options available upon request.) And by popular demand, we will again offer Root Beer/Orange Floats...so good!

Registration Begins at 7:30 with Cold Brew Coffee and muffins at South Shore Winery

50 mile Ride begins @ 8:30 am

25 mile Ride begins @ 9:30 am 

Early bird, $35; Deadline June 30

Regular, $45; Deadline July 24
